    为了20尺柜的货,今天给客户道歉了。【原创】

    这是个中东某科技强国的客户,Alice是该公司负责采购的中年女士,热情耐心,善于侃价,讲流利的英语。此前向我订购一种橡塑制品,寄给我一次样品。她要求的技术标准太多,却从来没给我一次准确的参数和合格的参考样品。我为她找了N多供应商,寄了若干批样品,耗费精力无数,结果还是差强人意。

    由于他们也是一家贸易公司,我们数次寄过去的样品都在他们的客户那里,和好几种国外知名的品牌在一起,接受苛刻的测试,屡屡无果,单子也就黄掉了。

    接触了半年多的时间,眼看信任建立得很顺利,到现在却十几天没收到她的邮件了。很遗憾,不知道以后还有没有得做。

    I had no news from you for quite a long time, and guess this project has to come to an end if no wonder happens. I could read your anxiety through your last email. I'm deeply sorry to disappoint you. As you found, we are a medium-sized manufacturer, trying out best, offering what we have, and are not almighty. Without required samples or sufficient information, it's hard for us to reach damanding customer request.

    A heartfelt apology to you and your company, for the inconvience we brought to you. However, in future I'm willingly glad to offer any possibe help.
