<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">为了提供1688商家更好的客户服务体验和更高的运营工作效率，1688平台推出了1688商家版PC端为1688商家专属使用的一站式工作台产品， 集合了旺旺聊天接待、客户服务面板、订单/商品服务面板、智能辅助答复机器人（小智）、询盘服务数据、应用市场插件、消息中心、1688卖家工作台入口等功能，兼容了原千牛工作台的主要功能并优化新增了1688平台专属功能。</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">目前产品已稳定运行，将通过1688商家版PC端逐步升级替换掉原千牛工作台提供给1688商家使用，设置功能和原千牛工作台设置一致，当前两者只能同时登录一个1688账号（ 1688商家版PC端不支持淘宝/天猫账号登录），且原千牛工作台预计于2022年6月30日不再支持1688账号登录使用并全部迁移完成（限Windows版本） 。</p>
