<div>我们是一个45年历史的老工厂</div>

<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">我们厂所在的扬州杭集镇，用1688的分类来说就是一个标准的聚集产业带，世界上最大的牙刷生产基地就在这里，2003年评为&ldquo;中国牙刷之都&rdquo; ，有新闻报道说全球每三支牙刷，就有一支来自我们这。在这个镇上生产牙刷和酒店用品相关的企业有2000多家，我们曙光牙刷厂就是其中一家，从1976年建厂到今年我们已经有45年历史，可以说是一个标准的老工厂了，而且传承也一直很稳定，到我们现在的厂长屠总已经是&ldquo;厂三代&rdquo;了。他是2013年从国外留学学成归来，继承祖辈、父辈的心愿，全身心投入到我们牙刷厂的经营中。</p>

<div>我从生产线工人变成一枚电商运营</div>

<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">也由于这么多年的历史，所以我们厂一直都是走传统销售模式为主，主要就是接外贸订单，以前几乎能占到90%吧，所以从我们屠总父辈开始，就开始在电商道路上做布局。我自己以前是一直在生产一线，天天跟牙刷生产线打交道，对牙刷生产的所有工序可以说了如指掌，对电商可以说是小白一个，但我对这块很感兴趣，所以去找我们电商部经理王文超申请来做了电商运营，我现在还记得我接的第一个后来转化成功的客户，订单金额是3万多块钱，虽然订单不大，但我真的是第一次切身感受到了这种不用应酬不用喝酒不拼关系就能签单子的方式的魅力。后来我们陆续在1688上开了两个店铺，重点跟着1688做天天特卖工厂店，当时有阿里巴巴的小二找到我们，希望能一起定制一款售价十几元的电动牙刷，我们厂长当时也犹豫，因为之前也做过电动牙刷，但销售并不好。但阿里小二给出了大数据统计，让我们厂长看到了电动牙刷市场是当下的风口，在当时几百、上千元的电动牙刷行情下，市场空间还非常大，所以我们屠总带着大家竭力研发，控制成本之后，设计出9.9元的电动牙刷，上线第一天就卖出了3万多单，这也让我们算是在电商市场站稳了脚跟。</p>

<div>一场疫情，让我们电商部迎来爆发</div>

<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">2020年疫情一来，我们当时也经历了非常艰难的时候，因为前面介绍了我们的大头还是外贸出口订单，4月海外疫情开始蔓延，我们的海外订单大量搁置，原材料在仓库堆积如山，千万支订单和数百万销售额瞬间冰冻。包括我们扬州不少主打酒店和海外工厂的牙刷厂生存艰难，甚至遭遇灭顶之灾。</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">我们屠总也是带领的大家全面转向开拓内贸市场，好在我们自己得益于前期在1688上的电商销售模式探索积累，包括跟1688打通淘宝的特价版继续进行深度合作，我们屠总和祖辈、父辈三代厂长出镜做工厂直播带货。在618大促我们曙光牙刷卖了超过16万支，在双11当天我们卖出了超100万支，我们电商部也因此迎来了腾飞，帮助公司销售数据比去年不但没有下滑还实现了增长，我们屠总也作为工厂企业代表，登上2020年阿里巴巴双11开幕晚会和收官夜直播，介绍我们厂实现产业数字化转型逆势增长的故事。</p>

<div>实商三年，让我们跻身1688头部商家</div>

<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">从2020年下半年开始，也能很明显的感觉平台对实力商家开始给更多的资源，最典型的比如伙拼开始限制普通诚信通商家报名，因为我们自己是从当年天天特卖工厂店开始的，所以伙拼这边做得很多，伙拼设置了准入以后，对我们实商确实会比较友好。另外其他活动比如找工厂、直播、订货会这些我们这半年都是在重点参加。三年前刚做1688的时候店铺店铺一直在2A-3A之间徘徊，做实力商家后店铺订单翻了几倍，豪华版生意场里面也很多我们商家搜索词排行等等分析以及首页的关键词筛选标签。</p>
