<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">本人80后，在义乌做饰品生意11年了。还记得刚来义乌的时候，义乌批发市场还是全国甚至亚洲红的发紫的批发市场，租金虽然高但人来人往，还记得某几个档口，那是各大商户抱着钱抢占的黄金口岸。可是好景不长，随着中国传统商业模式的转变，我们市场的人流是一年不如一年，往年旺季，一天批零平均销售额在四五万，现在只有一两万了。我也经常性的闲的无聊，在店里玩起手机。</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">近些年很多朋友开始经营线上生意，从线下转移到线上，算是重新创业。实体经济转型电商是趋势，虽然不懂，但看着大家都在做，我也开始尝试，然而看似简单的电商，做起来却那么难。 最大的问题是不知道如何入手，传统的生意渠道我非常了解，进货、库存、发货、分销门门清，但电商我真的是不了解，淘宝买东西还可以，真到自己做了，选什么平台？怎么入驻真的是无从下手。还是先和大家一样选择了1688，学着别人一样把自己店铺里的产品一股脑放进了店铺，可是1个月过去了，零零散散有几个访客外基本无人问津。自己也想过去请代运营，解放时间和精力还是专注产品和渠道，咨询了几家后心里没谱。毕竟自己都不懂，如何去考核代运营呢？还是自己先学习一下吧。</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">好在我自己不是一个轻易放弃的人，这么多年的摸爬滚打也积累了不少经验，我开始找资料，到1688平台上学习，我发现1688中小企业商学院其实是一个不错的平台，首先官方的靠谱，其次很多课程免费，还能够在一些线上直播课学到干货。就这样一点点的努力，不断的学习，近一年时间我的店铺慢慢从0A上升到了4A，店铺销量也达到了几十万。</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">可是疫情来了，相信每个做生意的朋友都会深有感触，今年线下特别难，年初基本市场都是关闭状态，即使开始营业到场人数每天也是寥寥无几。于是我一鼓作气将业务全部转移到线上，招聘了运营团队，但运营的成本总的算下来几乎不赚钱，也没有办法突破。正当我苦恼的时候，1688商学院推出了成长营解决方案，专门为商家店铺销售提升的解决方案，一开始咨询我还是心存疑虑，课程能帮我提升生意么？但是商学院金华分校的王兴其老师打消了我的顾虑，在一次试听的公开课上，我被王老师的专业知识折服，果断交了报名费（虽然有点小贵）但后来我觉得超值。</p>
