<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">液体卷材（高聚物改性沥青防水涂料），是本公司新型研制的一款代替传统卷材的防水涂料，本涂料由进口陶氏乳液、助剂、SBS、丁苯、等聚合而成，它是水性材料，但同时它又加入了橡胶（SBS）和沥青（丁苯），可用水稀释，环保无毒（符合国际标准）。它具有高附着力、高延伸率、耐水耐老化和自我修复功能，是传统卷材施工麻烦和卷材无法施工但又必须用卷材的理想替代产品。</p>

<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">屋面、裂缝修补、彩钢瓦屋面、地下室、厨卫间、工厂厂房、隧道、室内外框结构、预制框结构、水泥抹底和卷材不易施工的所有基材。</p>

<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">1、涂料若有少许沉淀属正常现象，施工前先将涂料充分搅拌均匀。</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">2、基面保证稳固、有强度、基本平整、无水泥浮浆、无油污、无脱落物。</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">3、基面瑕疵用水泥砂浆或堵漏王堵塞、抹平、尖锐的边缘及其他突出物应除去。</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">4、基面处理</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">（1）涂刷前用本涂料加50-60%水搅拌均匀，倾倒于基面打底处理，尽量让稀释好的涂料多渗透到基材内部。</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">（2）松散基材推荐用本公司固沙宝处理（施工时让固沙宝渗透到基材内部至饱和）。</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">（3）特别光滑基面（如净水泥浆抹平基面）必须用通用型K11防水浆料打底基面处理。</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">（4）本涂料严禁用水潮湿基面，以上打底处理必须干燥后再做后续施工。</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">5、用滚筒或毛刷或喷涂直接将涂料涂刷于处理好的基面上（建议滚筒滚涂）。</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">6、涂刷方法应横纵3遍以上涂刷，达到设计标准厚度，各层之间必须保证干燥后再刷。</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">7、管口处、阴阳角、节点处，裂缝处、按规范要求加强处理，宜加一层缝织聚酯布。</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">理论用量</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">用于防水，每平方米不低于2公斤以上用量。</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">注：以上用量为基面平整情况下的用量。</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">注意事项</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">1、0℃以下或雨中不能施工。</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">2、施工环境尽量保持通风，涂层尽量均匀，切不能过厚或过薄。</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">3、保证厚度和用量，不能偷工减料。</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">4、大面积施工建议加缝织聚酯布，增加使用年限。</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">5、该产品不适合用在温度低于零下20度的环境中。</p>

<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">水性产品，非危险品，存于阴凉干燥处，贮藏温度不低于5℃，未启封的产品可保存一年。</p>
