<div>一、质享家巡店规则</div>

<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">在商家入驻质享家并审核通过后，质享家小二会对店铺进行第一次巡店，并且对店铺进行打分（十分制），低于5分的店铺会由小二通知商家整改，被列入第二次巡店名单。通知方式为钉钉和旺旺，请收到消息的商家对店铺进行重新装修</p>

<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">首轮巡店低于5分的店铺将进行第二次巡店，二次巡店一般为首次巡店后的1-2月，二次巡店后还有未装修或装修不通过的店铺，会给予最后一次整改机会，若第三次巡店还未改善店铺装修，将对店铺进行清退</p>

<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">要求：可包含产品分类，新品推荐，产品分类介绍等。整体页面布局干净，简洁，用饱和度较低的颜色做背景，排版逻辑性强，整体画风统一</p>

<div>二、清退规则</div>

<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">卖家有权根据自己的实际经营状态，选择主动退出对应角色。</p>
<h2 style="margin: 30.0px 0;color: #333333;font-size: 20.0px;font-weight: bold;line-height: 30.0px;">2.卖家若发生以下任一情形，将被清退：</h2>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">①不再符合该角色卖家准入要求的。比如交易勋章等级3A以下，商家不再是TP会员等；</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">②提交的品牌授权相关资质文件到期；</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">③因三次巡店不合格而被清退；</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">④入驻时提供的资料、证明文件、资质文件等存在伪造、变造情况的；</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">⑤商品出现重大质量或安全问题，造成集中投诉且影响恶劣的。比如商家因违规1688网规导致其阿里巴巴中国站账号被关闭等</p>
<h2 style="margin: 30.0px 0;color: #333333;font-size: 20.0px;font-weight: bold;line-height: 30.0px;">3.对应清退再报名规则</h2>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">如果是因为清退规则中的①②③三条而被清退的商家，可以在以下几种情况下重新报名参加质享家</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">a.重新整改提高店铺交易等级，重新开通TP会员等，即可重新报名；</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">b.提交新的，在有效期内的品牌授权相关资质文件，即可重新报名；</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">c.重新装修店铺，联系小二巡店，达到要求的店铺，即可重新报名。</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">如果是违反了清退规则中的④⑤两条的商家，则无机会重新报名参加质享家</p>
