<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">因1688域内仅诚信通会员可开通子账号用于分流接待，造成服务市场内服务商多用主账号进行接待，存在账号不便于管理的现象。为了帮助服务商为用户提供更好的服务，优化服务商客服接待的分流体验，服务市场特对服务商接待旺旺进行优化改造，现已支持服务市场接待旺旺（支持应用市场、综合市场、运营市场，装修市场暂不支持）分配多个旺旺账号进行接待，分担用户集中咨询时可能存在的账号沟通压力。</p>

<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">目前在阿里旺旺、淘宝旺旺双域账号，最多同时可分别设置五个不同的客服账号（共十个），多个账号之间用英文半角逗号“,”分隔开，必须为英文半角逗号否则无效。旺旺账号+分隔号单行总长度不能超过64字符；</p>
<h2 style="margin: 30.0px 0;color: #333333;font-size: 20.0px;font-weight: bold;line-height: 30.0px;">2、账号分流逻辑：</h2>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">按填写的客服账号随机平均分配，同一位咨询者将分流到一个固定的旺旺账号。</p>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">举例：服务商在服务详情旺旺处设置4个接待账号，排序从1开始，序号为：1、2、3、4，当有咨询者点击旺旺跳转，会根据商家ID取余分流；</p>
<h2 style="margin: 30.0px 0;color: #333333;font-size: 20.0px;font-weight: bold;line-height: 30.0px;">3、子账号分流逻辑：</h2>
<p style="margin: 30.0px 0;font-size: 16.0px;line-height: 30.0px;color: #666666;">可以设置子账号，但如果是设置同一主账号下的多个子账号，将以主子账号的分流逻辑为优先，即无效设置。因此如果需要设置多个子账号，需要设置不同主账号下的子账号；</p>

<li style="margin: 20.0px 0;color: #666666;font-size: 16.0px;list-style: decimal;">账号分流功能仅支持分流，暂不支持判断旺旺账号是否在线、账号聊天记录同步等功能（与主子账号管理不同！）所以请服务商确保绑定的账号均有接待人员在线；</li>
<li style="margin: 20.0px 0;color: #666666;font-size: 16.0px;list-style: decimal;">避免由于账号发言不当处罚影响服务商后台登录，建议不要设置服务发布账号作为接待账号。</li>
